Well the festival season is in full swing! We played the Parkfield festival and had a great response and just got back from Grass Valley! This coming weekend, we'll be playing the bluegrass festival in Susanville, CA. We do have BIG NEWS!!! Our full length CD is complete and now for sale online!! This year's festival season is starting to kick off! Last month we played a fun show up in San Francisco with the Earl Brothers as well as Forest Fires for the San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival (SFBOT). Last week, we got back from the Bluegass on the Beach festival in Lake Havasu City. We played a pretty good set and got to pick tunes with lots of good people around the campgrounds. This past weekend, we were awarded the Northern California Bluegrass Band of the Year from the NCBS! We're very excited and honored to be selected! Yoseff also came away with their Guitarist of the Year award as well as sharing the Male Vocalist award with Billy Pitrone of Bean Creek. Up next for us is a return trip down to Apple Valley to continue to work on recording our CD with Eric Uglum (www.EricUglum.com). We're hoping to have the CD out in May, so watch out for that!

We had a great time this past festival season! We made a ton of new friends and spent time with old ones! The festival in Plymouth was especially memorable for us. At that festival, we were selected as the 2009 Emerging Artists!! This is a big honor for us and we are looking forward to playing the Plymouth festival again this coming year! We were also asked to play another one of their festivals. You'll be able to see us at the Lake Havasu City festival this coming year as well! Just click on "Performances" to see the details!
